感謝神，教會已確認了接近 5,500 位會友的堂會公司會籍申請。未進行申請的北宣會友可透過以下方式填交表格：
1. 網上表格
透過以下連結登入網上申請書，填寫及簽署後提交；
2. 實體表格
在北宣網頁下載，或在各堂點接待處索取表格。填寫及簽署後，請透過以下其中一種方式遞交：
a. 交回接待處
b. 掃描及電郵至 member.registration@npac.org.hk；
c. 傳真至 28063221。
如有查詢，請電 29793600，與辦公室聯絡。
背景：
北宣家原隸屬「基督教香港宣道會區聯會有限公司」(簡稱「區聯會」)，近年，「區聯會」鼓勵各會員堂及機構進行獨立公司註冊。北宣家已於 2022 年 10 月 5 日完成了「基督教宣道會北角堂有限公司」(簡稱「堂會公司」) 的註冊，並獲得稅務局確認為《稅務條例》第 88 條下的免稅慈善團體。詳情請參閱牧者心聲〈教會與「公司」有何相干？〉
對象：
北宣會友，即是曾在北宣接受洗禮或經過轉會加入北宣的信徒
（註：只是恒常出席北宣崇拜的肢體，或只接受了嬰孩奉獻禮，並未成為會友）
申請理由：
1. 北宣家成立「堂會公司」後，按堂會公司的章程細則的規定，每位在舊名冊上的會友，如同意成為堂會公司的會友都需要填寫申請堂會公司會籍表格。 （註：家人毋須為已安息主懷的會友親屬申請會籍）
2. 會友身份有助你投入不同崗位事奉，參與執事選舉投票，也有機會被提名為執事候選人。
3. 無論是否已申請堂會公司會籍，教會都會在牧養相關的事宜上協助弟兄姊妹，但部分會友的需要 （如：喪葬等事）牽涉外間的機構，辦理好會籍可避免不便和額外費用。
重要備忘
1. 會友並不等同於堂會公司的註冊成員(registered members)，後者是一個事奉崗位，需要參與堂會公司的公司成員大會，會友則不需要出席成員大會；
2. 會友毋須承擔公司的法律責任；
3. 請在申請書剔選「申請」這項、填寫簡單聯絡資料；
4. 在個人資料使用同意書剔選「同意」；
5. 無論是填寫網上抑或實體申請書，請務必簽署後提交；
6. 於核實申請人會友身分後，閣下會收到電郵或電話短訊，確認申請已獲接納，期間需時約一個月。如果你沒有收到通知，可能是聯絡資料有誤、電話收不到短訊，或者閣下沒有在個人資料使用同意書剔選「同意」，教會因此無法通知你申請結果，請主動與辦公室聯絡跟進。

Church Membership Application
Starting from April 1 this year, NPAC will continue to operate as "C&MA North Point Alliance Church Limited". All members of NPAC (whether baptized at our church or have had their membership transferred from other churches) are to fill out the "Membership Application Form" to transfer their membership to the new members register of the church company.
Submission of Church Membership Form:
1. Fill out the online form, sign and submit

2. Download and print out the form, complete, sign, and return the scanned form by

3. Pick up a hard copy of the form from the church's reception, fill it out, sign and return it to the reception.
Notes:
1. Please check the "apply for" box, fill out your basic personal information, and complete the Personal Data Consent Form
2. It is important that you sign the form (whether online form or hard copy)
3. After validating your membership status, the church will send a confirmation message by email or text/SMS. This will take about a month. If needed, our church staff will contact you in order to process your application
